Our team of employees consists of IT experts with very different backgrounds, different ways of working and thinking. Together, everyone has the desire to do an excellent job and never settle for a "we can not." Diligence, discretion and reliability are a matter of course for us, even in hectic project phases.
A good idea marked the beginning when Ebrahim Minaie founded the company 25 years ago. His idea of helping companies migrate their electronic archives externally with data migration was as simple as it was unique. In 1994 he founded HAVI and the first orders from well-known companies such as LBS West and Lufthansa AG soon followed.
In 2008 H. Jürgen Schröder and Pezhman Givy, who have been involved in the company since its founding, took over the management, after Ebrahim Minaie resigned as CEO. HAVI´s unique migration process and projects in other European countries and the USA have made the company one of the leading migration specialists in Europe for more than 25 years.

These measures are implemented via a management system in accordance with ISO 9001. With this certificate, HAVI certifies the successful development and implementation of a quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
Information Security Management
HAVI works with highly sensitive data every day. To ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of this information, we have established a management system that constantly monitors, analyses and optimizes information security measures.
Our employees receive regular training on information security and data protection and are required to adhere to safety-relevant requirements.
HAVI has been successfully certified to set up and operate an information security management system in accordance with DIN ISO 27001:2013.
Competence centre for accessible IT
HAVI has been recognised as a competence centre for barrier-free IT by the German Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Studies and Work as part of the ‘BIT inklusiv’ project.
